You will own experimentation, business analytics, and reporting, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and BI to surface insights and shape the product roadmap. The role emphasizes scalable analytics, self-service reporting, data quality, and influencing senior leadership through practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related role.
• Strong background in product analytics or experimentation.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory analyses to identify product opportunities and measure impact.
• Design and run multivariate tests; size opportunities and trade-offs.
• Develop learning agendas and translate findings into decisions that shape roadmaps.
• Define success metrics for strategic initiatives and ensure data quality.
• Champion self-service AI-enabled reporting for cross-functional teams.
• Improve tracking and data quality; surface foundational consumer insights.
• Present findings to executives including CMOs and leadership.
