Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner for RDC Next, focusing on Realtor.com Plus—our partner platform. You will own experimentation, analytics, and reporting across the platform, guiding product roadmaps, market launch strategies, and broader business decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and MLS partner data teams to enable rapid innovation, data quality improvements, and scalable self-service reporting for the organization.

Qualifications

• Senior analytics partner focusing on experimentation, business analytics, and reporting across platform.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing to identify questions where data science adds value and shape product strategy.
• Own analytics end-to-end for consumer product initiatives; define success metrics, instrumentation, analysis, and recommendations.
• Apply advanced statistics and ML techniques to consumer behavior and clickstream data to drive engagement, retention, and conversion insights.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and quasi-ex experimental); raise the bar on measurement and interpretation of results.
• Build and maintain datasets, metric definitions, pipelines, and dashboards for self-serve analytics across partner teams.
• Mentor analysts and data scientists; set analytical standards, documentation practices, and code quality.
• Partner with Data Engineering and ML Engineering to productionize models and strengthen data foundations.
