Realtor.com® is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner for RDC Next, focusing on Realtor.com Plus, connecting MLS, agents, and consumers in a single home search experience. Own experimentation, analytics, and reporting shaping product roadmaps and market launches across cross-functional teams.

You’ll guide data-driven decisions, mentor others, and help scale analytics as Realtor.com expands into new markets with self-serve reporting and robust data foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years as a data scientist or analytics professional with consumer-focused product experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python or R, plus Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.
• Experience with Snowflake and BI tooling (Tableau/Looker/Amplitude).
• Expertise in data visualization, statistics, and experimental design.
• Hands-on use of AI tools; ability to shape AI-enabled analytics strategy.
• Product sense and strategic mindset; translate business questions into analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing to identify key questions and shape product strategy.
• Own analytics end-to-end for consumer initiatives; define success metrics and instrumentation.
• Apply advanced statistics and ML to consumer behavior and clickstream data; derive strategic recommendations.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and quasi-experiments) and measure impact.
• Build and maintain datasets, metrics, pipelines, and dashboards for self-serve analytics.
• Mentor analysts and set analytical standards; coordinate with Data/ML Eng teams to productionize models.
• Partner with Data Engineering and ML Engineering to improve data foundation.
