Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner for the RDC Next and Realtor.com Plus platforms. You will own experimentation, business analytics, and reporting across the platform, guiding product strategy and market launches with actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface high-impact opportunities, build scalable analytics, and drive data-driven decisions across consumer and partner ecosystems. In-person collaboration is emphasized in our work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years as a Data Scientist or Analytics professional, with consumer-facing product experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and in Python or R, with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and BI/product analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Amplitude).
• Expertise in data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings clearly.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day analytics and curiosity to learn new capabilities.
• Product sense and strategic mindset to translate business needs into value.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing to identify key questions and shape strategy.
• Own analytics end-to-end for consumer product initiatives; define success metrics and instrumentation.
• Apply ML techniques to surface drivers of engagement, retention, and conversion; translate findings into recommendations.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and quasi-experimental) and measure impact.
• Build and maintain datasets, metrics, pipelines, and dashboards for self-serve analytics.
• Mentor analysts and set analytical standards and code quality.
• Partner with Data Engineering and ML Engineering to productionize models and improve data foundations.
• AI-enabled analytics: build AI-assisted reporting and workflows.
