Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join Avail. You will be the vital link between complex data and strategic decisions, guiding product, marketing, and operations with trusted insights.

You will analyze large datasets, define KPIs, and build automated reports in Tableau, Mixpanel, and Power BI. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and excels in cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in Data/Business Analytics or similar.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in data visualization tools.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for quick reporting.
• Experience with cloud data environments and BI platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactive in using data to drive revenue and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical problems.
• Develop KPI definitions, tracking, and reporting for business performance.
• Build automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, Mixpanel, Power BI.
• Perform end-to-end data work from collection to insights delivery.
• Support financial modeling, forecasting, and opportunity sizing.
• Deliver analytics content for business reviews and strategy sessions.
• Promote self-service analytics adoption across the organization.
