Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support Slack's Go-to-Market organization. You will collaborate with Sales Strategy, Product, Finance and Data teams to uncover growth opportunities, build predictive models, and shape GTM strategy with data-driven insights.

You will develop scalable analytical frameworks, reduce operational friction, and present findings to executives. Strong SQL and Python/Scala skills, plus experience with large distributed data platforms, are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience applying data science, statistics, or quantitative analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, causal inference, predictive modeling, and analytical problem solving.
• Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, or other GTM organizations to influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to identify strategic opportunities and influence key business decisions.
• Apply statistics, experimentation, and analytics to understand customer behavior and sales performance.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation, and forecasting to improve GTM planning and execution.
• Design measurement strategies and success metrics for products, programs, and initiatives.
• Translate analyses into narratives, dashboards, and executive-ready recommendations.
