Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related quantitative role.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R with relevant libraries.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, including regression and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing goals, success metrics, and measurement strategies.
• Own campaign measurement from planning to post-campaign evaluation.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, holdouts, and geo experiments.
• Integrate sentiment, survey, and behavioral data for audience insights.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for strategy and optimization.
• Develop scalable models, dashboards, and measurement infrastructure.
• Lead tool development from scoping to deployment.
• Collaborate with marketing, media, research, product, and data teams.
• Lead knowledge-sharing and evaluate new methodologies.
