Dentsu is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to support the development, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams, platforms, and clients to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Approximately 2+ years of paid social media experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail/e-commerce or performance campaigns preferred.
• Experience structuring campaigns and communicating timelines, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analyzing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Build and QA, monitor, and optimize campaigns across major paid social platforms.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Create concise recurring reports highlighting performance and recommendations.
• Assist in developing media plans, analyses, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
• Monitor pacing and support budget management for efficient media spend.
• Identify performance challenges and propose root-cause solutions.
• Communicate findings to internal teams and clients clearly and timely.
• Participate in client meetings and strategic discussions.
