You will partner with Strategy, Account, Analytics, and Media teams to uncover insights and develop scalable solutions that elevate client work and internal operations.

The role combines strategic thinking with technical fluency, turning data into actionable stories that drive business impact

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in social analytics, listening, and measurement.
• Experience analyzing earned, owned, paid, and influencer marketing performance.
• Ability to identify trends and actionable recommendations from data.
• Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate analytics, social listening, and consumer insights into strategic planning and campaigns.
• Lead social listening initiatives: trend, signal, sentiment, and cultural insights.
• Develop scalable measurement frameworks and KPI structures across channels.
• Build automated reporting solutions delivering timely, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and tech teams to improve data collection and dashboards.
• Translate social performance data into clear recommendations for marketing decisions.
• Create client-ready presentations and executive summaries.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across deliverables.
• Present insights to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and adoption of new tools.
• Explore AI-powered tools and LLMs to enhance analytics and reporting.
