Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Cybersecurity Data Protection & Privacy practice in the United States. You will help clients define technical and business requirements for data protection, develop policies, and implement processes to protect critical data across the lifecycle.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience in data protection and security architecture, with knowledge of encryption, DRM, PKI, and data classification. Travel is common as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of related work experience.
• 2–3 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software.
• Knowledge of security concepts: vulnerability assessments, privacy assessments, incident response.
• Experience in data loss prevention, encryption, DRM, PKI and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for data protection solutions and develop related policies.
• Identify high-value assets and implement data classification standards.
• Lead data loss prevention, data discovery, and encryption projects.
• Collaborate with EY Cybersecurity Centers on engagements.
