Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Data Protection & Privacy area within our Cybersecurity Practice. The role focuses on developing data protection strategies, implementing solutions, and ensuring data security and privacy across client environments.

The successful candidate will work in a globally connected team, lead technical discussions, and contribute to business resilience. Travel up to 60-80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of related work experience.
• 2–3 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software.
• Knowledge of security concepts: vulnerability assessments, privacy assessments, incident response.
• Basic networking and OS knowledge; security technologies and scripting basics.
• Experience in three or more areas: DRM, data classification, logging, encryption.
