Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Cybersecurity Data Protection & Privacy practice, focusing on developing data protection strategies and implementing privacy solutions for clients. You will join an international team delivering leading data security capabilities and helping clients manage data with confidence.

The role requires 2-3 years of architecture experience and knowledge of data protection disciplines, with opportunities for global collaboration and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 2-3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 2-3 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software into clients' infrastructure and applications.
• Knowledge of security concepts: vulnerability assessments, privacy assessments, incident response, security policy creation, governance.

Responsibilities

• Help clients define technical and business requirements for data protection solutions.
• Develop business processes and policies related to controlling access to data.
• Identify and protect high-value assets throughout the data lifecycle.
• Implement data protection capabilities through classification, standards and technologies.
• Lead enterprise data loss prevention, data discovery and encryption initiatives.
