Job summary

Huxley seeks a Senior Associate, Data Products to build and maintain data products in a cloud data platform supporting Private Equity. You will partner with Finance, Ops, and Data Governance to improve data quality, governance, and scalable solutions.

You will shaping enterprise data strategy, using Snowflake, Python, Terraform, and AI-assisted tooling in a modern cloud environment. Strong collaboration and ownership are essential for impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in Data Engineering/Data Platforms/Software Engineering or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise with Snowflake including RBAC, data sharing, cost management, multi-account architecture.
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience including dimensional modeling.
• Production-level Python development experience.
• Experience with Terraform, IaC, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Apache Airflow orchestration.
• Working knowledge of dbt.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, ownership frameworks, and data quality management.
• Experience in AWS cloud environments.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability translating business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset to support products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion, transformation, and modeling for Private Equity data domains.
• Design and maintain Snowflake-based data products and architectures.
• Deliver enhancements from requirements through production deployment using modern engineering practices.
• Implement data governance including data certification, lineage, definitions, ownership, and quality controls.
• Ensure reliability and performance of data pipelines during quarterly close and reporting.
• Manage Snowflake environments including security, RBAC, cost, data sharing, and multi-account setup.
• Develop infrastructure, permissions, and governance as code using Terraform and CI/CD tools.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable data models and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and prioritize enhancements.
• Establish technical standards, perform code reviews, and mentor team members and contractors.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, Security, Cloud Operations, and Data Governance teams.
