Harnham is partnering with a rapidly growing organization embarking on a major data modernization to build a scalable, enterprise-grade data platform for reporting, analytics, and future AI initiatives. You will design and implement a Snowflake-based data warehouse, develop ELT pipelines, and own governance and architecture.

The role emphasizes ownership of a greenfield environment, collaboration with stakeholders, and a path toward leading data strategy and platform decisions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Warehousing.
• Strong experience building and managing cloud data platforms.
• Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines and ELT processes.
• Knowledge of data architecture and data governance principles.
• Ability to understand and support the end-to-end data lifecycle.
• Experience with Fivetran is highly desirable.
• Exposure to Medallion Architecture is a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled data platforms or Snowflake Cortex is advantageous but not required.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, working alongside implementation partners to build a modern cloud data ecosystem before taking long-term ownership of the environment.

The Opportunity

As a Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing the company's next-generation data platform. You'll help establish the foundations for data governance, reporting, analytics, and future AI capabilities while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building rather than maintaining, and wants to have a direct impact on architecture, tooling, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
