Qualifications

• 10+ years of data engineering experience in complex environments.
• Deep expertise with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, and platform architecture.
• Strong SQL and modern data engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building data platforms in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Proficiency with Python and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
• Experience operating in collaborative, fast-paced environments undergoing technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale enterprise data platforms that support critical investment and business workflows.
• Lead the development of modern data pipelines and data products within a cloud-based ecosystem.
• Drive Snowflake architecture, optimization, and best practices across the organization.
• Partner with engineering, data, business, and investment stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and help establish standards across a growing internal technology organization.
• Contribute to greenfield initiatives involving cloud technologies, data modernization, and AI-driven capabilities.
