Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Data & Analytics Platform Engineer IV to lead the design, build, and automation of Snowflake-based platforms. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) across our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, and Lewiston offices.

You will mentor junior engineers, own CI/CD and data governance practices, optimize data pipelines, and partner with analytics and product teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant data platform engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with a business area such as Provider Network, Digital Solutions, Pricing, Membership, or Claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of technical projects and mentor junior Data Engineers; drive engineering standards and best practices.
• Architect, build, tune, and automate scalable Snowflake-based frameworks for Data and Analytics teams, including RBAC and data privacy management.
• Partner with the Data Modeling team to design scalable data models and warehouse layers that support analytics and operational workloads.
• Optimize Snowflake performance, including query tuning, compute sizing, and workload isolation.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, data engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality data and analytics platform solutions.
• Ensure implementation quality, performant code, thorough testing, extensive documentation, and platform observability.
