Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead and design scalable Snowflake-based platform solutions for data and analytics across the organization. You will mentor engineers, build reusable data frameworks, and optimize performance in a complex enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data modeling, product, QA, and partner teams to deliver trustworthy data products and ensure platform observability.

Formación

• 7–8+ years in data platform/data engineering with senior/lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Math/Business.
• Experience in healthcare or complex enterprise data environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of technical projects and mentor junior Data Engineers.
• Architect and automate scalable Snowflake-based frameworks for data teams.
• Collaborate with Data Modeling to design scalable warehouse layers.
• Optimize Snowflake performance including query tuning and sizing.
• Ensure high-quality, well-documented platform solutions with observability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data and analytics capabilities.
