Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on Snowflake, dbt, and ELT expertise.
• Experience with DataOps, CI/CD, governance, and enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Engineers; drive engineering standards and best practices.
• Design, build, tune, and own scalable Snowflake ELT pipelines and data models.
• Partner with analytics, product, governance, QA, and business teams.
• Contribute to platform strategy and adoption of modern practices.
• Ensure data quality, testing, and documentation; share knowledge.
