Cambia Health Solutions in Boise is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to lead a team that builds scalable Snowflake ELT pipelines, data models, and platform artifacts powering analytics and reporting.

The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, mentoring engineers, setting engineering standards, and shaping the data platform strategy for enterprise needs, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering or data platform experience.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, and dbt experience.
• Experience with ELT/ETL design patterns and orchestration (Airflow or similar).
• Ability to mentor and influence engineering decisions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Engineers; establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Design, build, tune, and own scalable Snowflake ELT pipelines and data models.
• Optimize performance, sizing, and cost management of data platforms.
• Partner with analytics, product, governance, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
