Job summary

Digitas is seeking an Associate Media Director to lead the Media department, own key accounts, and build strong client and internal team bonds. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic media and deploying innovative tactics to drive client growth.

You will oversee program strategies, guide relationships across teams, and manage budgets while seeking new client opportunities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A four-year college education and seven to nine years of media planning experience including digital/interactive and supervision.
• Experience managing both branding and performance media initiatives, luxury category experience preferred.
• Strong media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis skills in the digital environment.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities; travel willingness.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing development of program strategies and analysis for clients, collaborating with Account, Creative and Measurement teams to ensure alignment with brief.
• Guiding and managing relationships between Media teams, account directors and clients to deliver high-quality work and grow business.
• Providing feedback to Media teams and driving performance improvements through evaluation and process improvements.
• Smartly manage revenue and program budgets to ensure necessary and optimal resourcing.
• Spotting issues with core client teams and developing new client relationships; maintaining publisher relations.
• Travel as needed to support client goals and new opportunities.
