Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a Manager to lead data governance access provisioning for the Cambia Data Platform. This hybrid role requires guiding secure, compliant access via RBAC—especially Snowflake RBAC—while managing governance tech stacks and enabling cross-functional collaboration.

You will supervise a technical team, develop policies, and drive automation and process improvements to balance security with business enablement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field with IAM/data governance focus.
• Extensive hands-on experience with RBAC systems, especially Snowflake RBAC, and provisioning workflows.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, data governance platforms, and security models.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning on the Cambia Data Platform using RBAC frameworks, especially Snowflake RBAC.
• Oversee data governance tech stacks: access control, data catalogs, lineage tools, security controls; contribute hands-on to config/optimization.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies ensuring regulatory and internal security compliance.
• Lead and develop the provisioning team (FTE and contractors) and manage multiple priorities across teams.
