You will oversee governance platforms, define policies, and drive automation while managing both FTE and contractor resources.

Qualifications

• Requires IAM and data governance tech management experience.
• 5+ years in IAM/data governance and 3+ years of people management.
• Strong RBAC and provisioning framework knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise access provisioning on Snowflake RBAC.
• Oversee governance platforms incl. catalogs, lineage, security controls.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies and standards.
• Lead and coach FTE and contractors; manage priorities across teams.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance and business units.
