Medisolv in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead and shape our healthcare data platform. You will own Snowflake/dbt data models, ingestion for multiple data sources, and cloud infrastructure patterns, partnering with product and client teams to deliver reliable, scalable data products.

This senior IC role emphasizes architecture, reliability, and security, with growth across AWS/Azure, CI/CD, and production operations. No people management is required.

Qualifications

• What You Bring: Substantial experience building production data platforms with ownership of architecture and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable Snowflake/dbt data models for healthcare quality measurement.
• Lead ingestion for claims, enrollment, eligibility, pharmacy, survey, plan data via SFTP, storage, and APIs.
• Set patterns for orchestration, incremental processing, reconciliation, testing, and production support.
• Drive cloud modernization across AWS and Azure, Terraform-based infrastructure, secret management, and environment promotion.
• Strengthen CI/CD with GitHub Actions, automated tests, observability, and controlled production deployment.
• Translate healthcare quality requirements into technical designs for CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, PQA.
• Investigate data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable improvements.
• Provide architecture guidance through reviews, code feedback, and reusable patterns (no people management).
• Collaborate with product, security, and client delivery to scope work and surface dependencies.
