Medisolv is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the data platform in healthcare quality analytics. You will design, build, and operate reliable data products, transforming payer and quality data into trusted measures and insights.

You will own Snowflake/dbt models, manage ingestion pipelines, and drive cloud modernization across AWS and Azure. Collaboration with product, security, and client teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial professional experience building and operating production data platforms.
• Advanced SQL and data-modeling expertise, including Snowflake/dbt.
• Experience designing robust batch data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and error recovery.
• Strong Python production coding practices with version control and testing.
• Hands-on infrastructure as code and CI/CD (Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Experience operating across AWS and/or Azure; networking, identity, and secrets management.
• Ability to lead complex technical work across engineering, product, domain, security, and client-facing teams.
• Commitment to secure handling of regulated healthcare data (PHI).

Aufgaben

• Own the design and evolution of scalable Snowflake and dbt data models for healthcare quality measurement and reporting.
• Lead complex ingestion and connector implementations for claims, enrollment, eligibility, etc.
• Set engineering patterns for orchestration, processing, and production support across Airflow ecosystems.
• Drive cloud modernization across AWS and Azure with Terraform-based infrastructure and secure connectivity.
• Strengthen CI/CD and release practices using GitHub Actions with tests and observability.
• Translate healthcare quality requirements into robust technical designs with domain experts.
• Investigate data/platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable improvements.
• Provide technical mentorship through architecture reviews and code/documentation patterns.
