Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to replace or upgrade server components and main hardware.
• Mentor technicians on best practices for power distribution and hardware troubleshooting.
• Guide network configuration and verify cabling and connectivity.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environment and document resolutions.
• Adhere to SOPs/MOPs and data center change control requirements.
• Act as technical liaison to resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
