Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components.
• Validate cabling and ensure network environment build and connectivity is established.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians.
• Train advanced fix and repair techniques aligning with SOPs/MOPs for Data Center Change Control.
• Act as technical liaison to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
