Job summary

Oracle is hiring for a Data Center Technician role. You will identify opportunities to upgrade server components, validate cabling, and monitor ticketing workflows while mentoring staff and implementing technical solutions.

You will follow SOPs/MOPs for change control and act as a liaison to resolve resiliency and availability risks. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to work 10–12 hour shifts.
• Experience with mainstream ticketing systems is a plus.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Client experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Datacenter operations: break/fix and hardware maintenance.
• Guide junior techs and ensure safe hardware handling.
• Configuration, installation, and augmentation of network systems and cabling.
• Technical support and troubleshooting within SLAs and issue trends.
