Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix; troubleshoot networks and respond to incidents.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• On-call duties; participate in maintenance and change management.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Own technical issues; engage needed teams for resolution.
• Analyze root causes and consider broader context.
• Maintain SLAs with proactive issue detection and reporting.
