Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or IT experience.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and/or weekends.
• Willingness to travel between data center locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix across components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and maintenance/change management activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
