Qualifications

• 15+ years proven experience in sales leadership.
• Proven track record selling to global Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience with outsourcing solutions in commercial real estate.
• Experience using Miller Heiman and Salesforce.
• Ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a strong prospect roster and robust pipeline.
• Lead pursuit teams and manage client engagements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Markets and JLL Technologies to deliver the ONE JLL value.
• Design deal terms and pricing strategies to achieve target margins.
• Negotiate contracts with support from legal to manage risk.
