Johnson Controls is seeking a Global Strategic Account Manager for the Data Center Solutions team to lead enterprise-level sales to data center owners. You will build long-term executive relationships, craft ROI-focused value propositions, and drive multi-site opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive strategic account sales at executive level and 5+ years selling enterprise solutions in data center market.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed company environment.
• Financial acumen and ability to organize large data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.
• Ability to travel up to 25% nationwide; virtually located position; HVAC industry experience.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell JCI offerings to data center owners at executive level with ROI-focused solutions.
• Manage ongoing sales process and develop client relationships across the US.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align offerings with client objectives.
• Develop business plans with internal teams and drive multi-site opportunities.
