Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Divisional Director – Data Centers, Client Sourcing, to lead strategic sourcing across its data center portfolio. You will build and mentor teams, drive supplier performance, and partner with leadership to align with client objectives and market intelligence.

Travel up to 25% (US based). Location preference: Chrome, IL hybrid; remote options available. Competitive compensation US$170k–$215k per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• 15–20 years experience in sourcing and procurement
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Proven track record leading teams
• Experience in a matrix client organization

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-performing data center sourcing teams.
• Execute data center sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk and savings programs.
• Collaborate with Americas Leadership, Solutions Development and business units.
