Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States seeks a Divisional Director – Data Centers, Client Sourcing & Procurement to lead strategic sourcing across its data center portfolio. You will build and guide high-performing teams, align sourcing with leadership goals and client strategies, and partner with Americas leadership.

The role requires 15–20 years of experience, a BA/BS (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel 25%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred (recommended).
• 15–20 years of experience in sourcing/procurement or related leadership roles.
• Excellent communication skills—oral and written; proven track record leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data Center sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals and client strategies.
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing sourcing teams and coach senior leads.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive savings, compliance, and performance across accounts.
• Partner with Americas leadership and cross-functional teams to support sales and renewals.
