Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Solutions Development Principal to drive revenue growth across a geographic region or industry segment. The role leads pursuit teams and leverages Miller Heiman and Salesforce to secure strategic outsourcing engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years proven experience in sales leadership or related business development roles.
• Experience developing solutions for global Fortune 500 companies.
• Proven track record of closing complex outsourcing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a strong roster of prospects; close new business within 18–24 months and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Lead client pursuits; assemble cross-functional teams to deliver outsourcing solutions.
• Collaborate with Markets and JLL Technologies and other Work Dynamics teams to maximize value.
• Utilize structured discovery processes and sales tools to understand client priorities and decisions.
• Design deal terms and pricing strategies to balance margins and competitiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with support from the legal team to maximize profitability.
