Vertiv is seeking an in-market Sr. Presales Engineer - Physical Infrastructure to support rack and cabinet solutions across data centers, enterprise IT, and related projects. Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure including racks, containment, UPS, PDU, and airflow management.
• Ability to engage customers in both technical and sales discussions.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% regionally; remote work allowed in Western Territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site walks to assess customer infrastructure and future expansion requirements.
• Develop technical specifications and solution designs for rack and cabinet infrastructure.
• Provide pricing, proposals, and solution recommendations for rack, containment, UPS, and PDU opportunities.
• Identify cross-competitive opportunities and align with regional sales teams for strategy and engagement.
• Support sales from discovery through proposal with technical guidance and product selection.
