Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Project Controls to lead the design, planning, and construction of Data Center projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality objectives for clients are achieved. The role requires extensive cGMP/cGLP experience and real estate project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular interface with clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services and objectives.
• Establish and manage project budgets, forecasts and cash flow analyses.
• Manage due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement and team selection.
• Oversee multiple sites with design and construction processes.
• Contribute to business development by identifying project or client opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage performance.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure performance criteria are met.
• Lead PDS staff and enforce policies and training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field

Master's degree preferred
