Job summary

Vantage in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead complex data-center projects from concept through commissioning. You will coordinate design, pre-construction, permits, bids and team collaboration to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, safety, vendor and contractor management, and seamless hand-off to operations. A BS in CM/Engineering and 5–7 years of PM experience in data centers or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of Construction Project Management experience is required, 8-12 years is preferred.
• Data Center and General Contractor experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in CSA and MEP construction project management is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects, including estimating, pre-bid planning, schedule creation and budget forecasting.
• Oversee design phases, procurement, permitting, and bid processes; manage GC and vendors.
• Coordinate and supervise projects requiring design-build and/or design-bid-build contractors.
• Drive commissioning of critical systems integration and ensure smooth turnover to Operations.
