Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Special Projects in Santa Clara. You will lead construction initiatives from pre-construction through commissioning, coordinating internal teams, GCs, and vendors to meet program goals.

You will drive budgets, schedules, and risk management while ensuring safety, quality, and timely turnover to operations. A strong PM with data center experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of Construction Project Management experience is required, 8-12 years preferred.
• Data Center and General Contractor experience is highly preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction project management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects including estimating, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate and supervise design phases with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts.
• Oversee pre-construction, permitting, bids, contractor selection and construction oversight.
• Manage safety, quality, and turnover documentation; ensure timely project closeout.
• Coordinate with Operations for ongoing maintenance and hand-off to customers.
