Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead data center development projects from design through construction within approved budgets. You will oversee field activities, control costs, manage schedules, ensure safety, and verify quality against construction documents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years civil/construction management experience, and at least 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in commercial/industrial architecture and engineering with a focus on datacenter design and construction.
• Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and ensure Safety program is followed.
• Provide construction and design management, and project leadership.
• Serve as single point of contact for project development and delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change.
• Attend and participate in design/construction meetings (OAC, discipline groups, progress, pre-construction).
• Apply negotiation skills to identify options and solutions.
• Oversee and report progress on scope, schedule, budget, and contractor performance.
• Review trade contracts, bid packages, and coordinate receiving.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants and GC team.
• Set up QA/QC procedures and conduct quality inspections.
