Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse data center projects from conception to commissioning. You will coordinate pre-construction, design development, permitting, bidding, construction oversight, commissioning and closeout with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder management, plus proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of construction PM experience; 8–12 years preferred.
• Experience in CSA/MEP construction project management is required.
• Data Center and General Contractor experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects, including estimating, RFPs, budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate design phases with stakeholders and SMEs; drive pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee safety, QA/QC, and billing reconciliation against budgets.
• Manage multiple projects across locations and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure successful project hand-off to operations and customers.
