Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead data center projects from pre-construction through commissioning. You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder communications, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery. The role requires 5–7 years in construction PM, with data center or critical facilities experience, and proficiency in MS Project, P6, Bluebeam and Procore.

Travel may be required to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of Construction Project Management experience; 8–12 years preferred.
• Data Center/critical facilities experience preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction PM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and GMP/LSA contracts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/GCs.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and compliance across projects.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and forecasts.
