Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center construction initiatives from concept through commissioning. You will coordinate with the Construction Executive team, manage budgets and schedules, drive stakeholder alignment, and oversee on-site activities to ensure quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of PM experience in data centers or similar facilities, with hands-on leadership and proficiency in MS Project, P6, Bluebeam and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in construction management or engineering.
• 5-7 years PM experience; 8-12 preferred.
• Data center and general contractor experience highly preferred.
• Experience in CSA and MEP construction management is required.
• Proficient in MS Project, P6, Bluebeam and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities.
• Manage budgets, schedules and vendor relationships.
• Lead design phases and document work with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Vantage standards.
