Job summary

The Weitz Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager for a data center project in Boling, TX. You will lead complex construction efforts, guiding project teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

You will develop and manage detailed plans, budgets, and schedules, monitor risks, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to maintain alignment and expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in a Project Manager role.
• Commercial and/or data center construction experience with a GC is required.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• An industry-related college degree is required; equivalent combination considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster a collaborative environment; manage performance and adherence to goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; monitor risk factors and develop strategies.
• Lead client and stakeholder communication, manage expectations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules; manage resources.
