Job summary

The Weitz Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager for a data center project in Boling, TX with our Mission Critical team. You will lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality standards.

You will mentor project teams, coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients, and develop detailed plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies. Proficiency with Procore, P6, and JDE is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Commercial and/or data center construction experience with a GC.
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team.
• Industry-related degree or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex projects from start to finish, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Provide leadership and management direction to project teams and manage client communications.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk factors.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules; manage resources and changes.
• Prepare monthly status reports and financial risk assessments.
