Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Senior Consultants to join a new delivery launch services team for a confidential hyperscale data center client. The role manages the transition from lease execution through to construction mobilization, requiring preconstruction leadership and strong stakeholder engagement across two to three sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data center delivery or similar complex facilities.
• Experience in preconstruction management and project handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead meetings with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Deal intake, handover, and ensuring open items are evidenced or assigned with owners.
• Co-lead project launch on-site with client project lead and coordinate actions.
• Coordinate baseline and cost reviews and track progress across multiple sites.
