Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join our Data Center team, supporting design for new and existing builds. The candidate should have an architectural background and extensive experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works, as well as coordinating large-scale construction programs on client sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project coordination experience.
• Experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and reports to the Project Manager; interact with Owner/Client and design professionals.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing, coordinating and administering the project through design and construction.
• Ensure client services are delivered at the highest level to meet client needs.
• Prepare documents (reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes) for programming, design and construction.
• Coordinate scheduling with the project team and communicate design concepts.
• Maintain Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications.
• Review and inform design RFPs; manage external design consultants.
• Communicate design standards to project partners and manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• Identify innovative cost-saving solutions; adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
