Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Senior Consultants to join a new delivery launch services team. The role manages the transition from lease execution to construction mobilization across a portfolio of sites, typically two to three at a time.

You will coordinate preconstruction, lead the project launch with the client project lead, and drive open items to closure while aligning with client standards for handover and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Onsite availability to be in Phoenix, AZ (onsite 3 days a week).
• Data center experience preferred; mission critical/complex facilities considered.

Responsibilities

• Deal intake and handover check: absorb and package each signed deal, ensure items are evidenced or logged as gaps with owners and dates.
• Project launch: co-lead the project launch meeting on site with the client lead, assign actions to completion.
• Baseline coordination: commission schedule/cost reviews and carry findings into site baseline and reporting.
• Open item management: drive open items to documented closure within the launch window.
• Preconstruction coordination: manage weekly project calls, design coordination, and developer interface to mobilization.
• Reporting and tracking: maintain the action log and produce milestone reporting inputs.
• Stakeholder management: interface with developer, client lead, and internal specialists, track progress against dates.
• Handover to delivery: transfer each site to the onsite team at mobilization with baseline, open items, and risks.
• Continuous improvement: contribute to handover checks, launch format, and reporting standards.
