Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join the Data Center team and collaborate with our client on new and existing construction builds. The role requires an architectural background and experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works.

You will support the Project Manager across all design phases, coordinating multiple fast-paced projects while ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of construction coordination experience, strong design

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
8+ years of experience in construction project coordination or equivalent.
Experience and working in project management on large-scale construction programs.
Solid proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Supports and reports to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director.
Assists the Project Manager in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction.
Ensures all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to meet the client’s needs.
Maintains project documentation and communicates design standards to internal/external partners.
