Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to lead design and construction coordination for data center projects. You will support the Project Manager, coordinate design teams, and ensure client needs are met through all project phases.

Ideal candidates have an architectural background with experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works, strong AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam skills, and proven delivery of large-scale programs on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project coordination or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings and communicate design standards to project partners.
• Maintain project documentation and support design and construction activities.
• Manage external design consultants through the design and construction process.
