Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join our Data Center team and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors on new and existing builds. You will support design and construction phases, coordinating meetings and maintaining design standards.

You will oversee project documentation, coordinate with design consultants, and ensure high-quality client services while managing multiple fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Experience in project management on large-scale construction programs.
• Solid proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to be highly effective in a client-facing role.
• Team player with ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and reports to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director; frequent interaction with Owner/Client, consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
• Assist the Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction.
• Ensure all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to address the client’s needs.
• Prepare documents (reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout, client presentations) and maintain information in PM software.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings with the project team.
• Communicate conceptual designs and maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction.
